Isagenix Appoints VP of Process Improvement

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Jan. 9, 2006 - Today Isagenix International announced the appointment of Glen Rawlins to Vice President of Process Improvement. As such, he'll also function as a member of the company's Management team.

"My main focus will be to help Isagenix serve its Associates better by improving our automation, tracking, and processing of transactions," said Rawlins. "Streamlining our processes is the only way to effectively handle our expected exponential growth."

Rawlins, who has more than 34 years experience in the Network Marketing business, has been involved in the computerization of hundreds of Network Marketing businesses. He's previously been a Distributor, managed an information technologies department, worked in marketing, operations, and even owned a company. A majority of his career has focused on commission design, computerization, validation, and working with large international Network Marketing companies to mold the in-house software to the complex international commission and tax issues.

"His talents and expertise will be a great asset to our organization as we continue to improve our service, systems, and controls," said Chief Operating Office/Chief Financial Officer Jim Pierce.

Rawlins has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Utah State University.
